Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
Cut the large slab in half.
Rub them down with your favorite rib rub.
Next rub them down with brown sugar.
Set ribs out to get them at room temperature.
Dump a large bag of charcoal in the fire box of your grill & light it up.
After the charcoals turn white, close your fire box door & watch your temperature gauge.
The best temperature is between 225 & 250 degrees.
When the temperature gets to between 225 & 250 degrees, place the ribs bone side down on the grill as far away from the fire as possible.
Cook for (2) hours.
After the (2) hours, wrap each each rack in HEAVY DUTY aluminum foil.
Place each rack bone side down on the grill as far away from the fire as possible.
